Training of wireless researchers and engineers

  • For universities and colleges of technology students, young researchers, and engineers of all over Japan, we collaborate with nearby universities and develop human resources to promote robust / flexible radio resource utilization and new applications.
  • If you have a strong desire to innovate in the wireless field, you may join our laboratories as a secondment, intern, or transfer, so that you can acquire practical skills.

Experienced researchers and technicians provide guidance as mentors.

Provision of research facilities

  • The large six-sided anechoic chamber owned by the laboratory is available for use at a charge.
  • The use of the equipment will be advised by research technicians and staff with a wide range of expertise, including qualified first-class land radio technicians and iNARTE EMC Engneers.

Standardization, acquisition of experimental radio station license

  • We support international standardization activities such as IEEE.
  • We have obtained permission from the Ministry of Internal Affairs and Communications to conduct radio station inspections. We can also help you obtain a certificate of conformity to ARIB standards.
  • Participation in international standardization activities such as IEEE and ITU. Support of contributions in cooperation with related organizations
  • Advice on obtaining an experimental radio station license required for R&D, and inspection required for establishing or changing radio stations.
  • Support for procedures and documentation to apply for ARIB standard conformity certification.
